Application Process

We are currently reviewing and updating the RCI Program Guide, forms and application process. Updated information will be available in the Summer of 2012.

The next RCI application deadline will be in September 2012.

If you have any questions, please contact Jim Vanderwal:
T: 604 488-5359 | E: jvanderwal@fraserbasin.bc.ca.

Steps in the Application Process

An updated application package will be available in the Summer of 2012. We have set out steps in the application process for general information.

2012 project proponents will be required to submit a detailed application form to the Fraser Basin Council (FBC) for consideration by the RCI Program Advisory Committee. Project proponents are also strongly encouraged to submit a Letter of Intent (currently being updated) to the Fraser Basin Council in advance of their application so that the RCI Program Advisory Committee may provide staff support and recommendations (if requested) that may strengthen the project application.

Step 1: Letter of Intent (* template available Summer 2012)

You are encouraged to download and complete the Letter of Intent template (once available), or you can request a copy from Jim Vanderwal at the contact information below. You will be asked to submit the completed Letter of Intent to Jim Vanderwal (E: jvanderwal@fraserbasin.bc.ca).

Step 2: Application Form (* available Summer 2012)

You will be required to download and complete the application form (once available) for completion, or you can request a copy from Jim Vanderwal at the contact information below.

Step 3: Submission (two options: by email or mail)

Option 1 (Email submission): If you choose to submit by email, you will be asked to complete the application form, save it as a PDF, and send it by email together with all applicable appendices, to Jim Vanderwal: jvanderwal@fraserbasin.bc.ca.

(Note: You will print and sign the first page of the application, scan and email as a PDF.)

Option 2 (Mail submission): If you choose to submit by mail, you will complete the application form and mail it, with appendices, to:
