RCI — How to ApplyNote: The most recent RCI funding application round closed March 15, 2013, and no further applications are being accepted. Application ProcessProject proponents are required to submit a detailed Application Form to the Fraser Basin Council for consideration by the RCI Program Advisory Committee. Project proponents were also strongly encouraged to submit a Letter of Intent to the Fraser Basin Council in advance of their application so that the RCI Program Advisory Committee can provide staff support and recommendations (if requested) to help strengthen the project application. Steps in the Application ProcessStep 1: Letter of IntentPlease download and complete the Letter of Intent template or request a copy from Vanadis Oviedo. Please submit the completed Letter of Intent to Jim at . Step 2: Application FormPlease download and complete the RCI Application Form. Alternatively, you can request a copy from Jim Vanderwal. Step 3: Submission (two options: by email or mail)Option 1 (Email submission): If you choose to submit by email, you will be asked to complete the application form, save it as a PDF, and send it by email to , together with all applicable appendices. Note: You will print and sign the first page of the application, scan and email as a PDF. Option 2 (Mail submission): If you choose to submit by mail, you will complete the application form and mail it, with appendices, to Jim Vanderwal at the FBC Vancouver office.
