This year’s theme, “The Tides of Change,” invites local leaders and community members to come together to explore new directions and shared challenges. The event will feature as keynote speaker Janet Austin, the former Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia and recently appointed Chair of the Fraser Basin Council.
