Program Manager, Climate Change and Air Quality Program
Charlotte Argue is Program Manager for the Fraser Basin Council's Climate Change and Air Quality Program, and leads FBC’s green fleet initiatives, including E3 Fleet, a national green rating program that recognizes sustainable fleet management practices. Charlotte works with public and private sector fleet managers throughout Canada to support improvements in environmental and economic performance.
Charlotte also leads in FBC’s administration of the provincial Community Charging Infrastructure Fund (Plug in BC), which is helping to introduce electric vehicle charging stations across the province for use by members of the public and fleets. Previously, she oversaw the electric vehicle fleet buyers group, helping to place first-release electric vehicles in BC fleets.
Charlotte has an extensive background in sustainability, climate change and energy-related issues. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences (B.Sc.(Hons)) from the University of British Columbia and joined the Fraser Basin Council in 2009.
