Staff ProfileJessie NingSenior Finance ManagerAs Senior Finance Manager, Jessie Ning is responsible for the Council’s overall financial record tracking, and she assists the Chief Financial Officer in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures. Prior to joining FBC in 2009, Jessie worked with companies in legal service, marine shipping, education and mining industries, gaining progressive experience in various areas of full cycle accounting, including project accounting, trust fund and government fund accounting. Jessie is a graduate of SFU and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants Canada.
