Senior Program Manager, Watersheds and Water Resources
Steve Litke has worked with the Fraser Basin Council since 1998 and is the Senior Manager responsible for programs on Watersheds and Water Resources, Youth, and Sustainability Indicators.
With help from other FBC staff, Steve recently produced Rethinking Our Water Ways, a guide on water and watershed planning, and delivered complementary regional workshops throughout BC.
Steve is responsible for the preparation of the Council’s sustainability indicator reports. With respect to FBC’s Flood program, Steve has coordinated and facilitated inter-jurisdictional committees, delivered communications and public education, and managed technical projects, including flood mapping and modelling, policy reviews and LIDAR topographic surveys.
Steve graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1995 with a Master's Degree in Resource and Environmental Management (MRM).
