The District of 100 Mile House is inviting local residents to provide input for a sustainability plan for the community.

District of 100 Mile House —

Residents will be invited to discuss what they value about the community and their vision for how they would like to see the community evolve. Community input will help form a long term plan for 100 Mile House.

Discussions around local values and visions will cover most aspects of the community such as; economic stability, housing, seniors needs, recreational development and environmental management.

In a recent comment Mayor Mitch Campsall encouraged residents to participate in the planning process and look far ahead: "This is a great chance to envision what a prosperous, vibrant and sustainable 100 Mile House looks like to you. Think 50 years ahead - what kind of shared future do we want for our community?"

The process will be facilitated in partnership with the District by Smart Planning for Communities (SPC), a partnership program of the Fraser Basin Council.
